1. If you buy the machine from Internet, normally suppliers will deliver by Express or Logistics based on the weight and measurement of the machine with different sizes. Anyway, you should check if the packing damaged first before you sign for. If the packing is damaged, please ask couriers to open the carton to check the accessories. If the accessories are damaged, please ask them for the claims Once the packing is broken, please check in front of the couriers.VESUB guarantees the goods is good before deliver, if there is a problem with the machine when you open the carton of machine, please feel free to contact us after you finish handling with couriers.
2. Please check the appearance after you get the machine.
3. Because the voltage of the sublimation heat press machine is high, please use the be workable high voltage socket to contect power.
4. Before turn on, you'd better read instruction, operate as it says. Please check the power led and controlling temperature led, if they are not lid, please check power supplier connection.
5. As to swing heat press machine, please rotate the button of controlling temperature at a wide range by a large margin to see the led is change to red or green. For regular heat press machine, please reset the hundred data and adjust the last two data to see if the indicator light will change within 5 seconds, and if the pointer of temperature balance displayer does not respon, please contact VESUB.
6. Please adjust the time controller to one second, press handlebar, if you do not heat machine rings, please see the next point.
7. Please adjust the temperature be higher than room temperature, touch if the heating panel is hot in one minute, if yes, the machine can work normally.
Notice:
1. The power button is easy to damage, normally you can buy from local market.
2. For regular press machine (small size t-shirt machine), press the upside to parallel absolutely, check if upside and downside press tightly, you can put four pieces of hard paper or toughness object, then press handlebar, after the two panels connected, put the paper or object off. If the paper can not be taken out, that's to say, the machine is great.
3. Our all sublimation equipments deliver after check quality, there is no problem. If there is something wrong with the machine, I think that will something happen when ship.
