First, set the correct parameter for the Mug Press Machine, (Temperature, Time and Pressure)
Wrap the Sublimation Mug with the printed Sublimation Paper; put the mug on the Mug Heater, Adjust pressure, turn on the power and you can see the signal lights on.
Remark:
1 do not use too much pressure as it may cause damage to Pressure lever.
Width of the printed image should be the same with the height of sublimation mug. Thermal Tape must be used for sticking the paper to the mug. If the intended printing image is smaller than the mug size, it is advised to cover another paper on the surface, just to make sure the mug is not going to contact directly with the mug heater.
2. After Pressing "Start Button", Mug Press starts temperature rising until the set highest temperature, which is usually 180 degree Celsius. Then it starts count down.
3. It is advised to set the "Counting down Time" at 30 second. Buzzer beeps when time is over, now you have to press the "Reset" Button.
4. Turn off the power, take the mug out of the mug press, Tear off the paper, put the mug into cold clean water and dry the surface with a clean cloth.

a. To protect the mug press. Put a mug on the mug heater when the mug press is not operating.
b. When the temperature rises to 180 degree Celsius, wait for 10-30 second and take the mug out. It is advised to power the machine off before putting in the second mug.
