Now let us explain the printing procedure.
Step 1:. Make a high dimension picture on the computer Make sure size of the image is suitable for the sublimation mug.
Step 2: Print the picture on Sublimation paper by Epson inkjet printer Mirror printing is needed..
Step 3. Cut the printed image and wrap it on the sublimation mug. Stick the picture to the mug by thermal tape.
Step 4 Turn on Digital Mug Press, set the parameter (Lowest Temperature: 230 degree, Highest Temperature: 330 degree, Time: 40s)., And put the mug on the mug press, press the start button activate the mug press.
Step 5: Buzzer beeps when time is over, take the mug out but do not tear the paper off the mug immediately It is advised to disclose the corner of the paper and see how the printing effect goes If the printing effect is not that.. perfect, put the mug back to the mug press and heat the mug again.
Caution:
To prevent burns, wear a pair of glove when printing sublimation mug.
