1. Pictures obviously broken or discolored
This phenomenon is caused by the broken of ink head, for pressure point nozzle, as long as one ink nozzle clogging,
it may cause broken stripes in the image. If more than one blockage, the broken of stripes will be more serious.
Solution: Please clean the clogged nozzles.
2. Overprint dark stripes in the images
Reasons:
A. The ink head offset.
B. It is too tight to clip paper, resulting in greater resistance to the Y-axis feed motor, can not reach the standard value.
C. There are differences in the feeding stepper when the thickness of paper is different.
Solution:
A. Calibrate nozzles, please contact professionals & technical to process.
B. Release paper manually to reduce the resistance.
C. Adjust the paper stepper setting, CALIBRATION menu, to increase or decrease the stepper value.
3. During printing, the ink pause for a few seconds on both ends of image
Reasons:
A. Computer operation speed can’t keep up with the speed of transmission and printing.
B. Using print mouth transmission, when the image is big, the transmission speed can not keep up the print speed.
Solution:
A. Replace a faster computer, generally require for more than Ben 41.7G.
B. 100M cable transmission, network transmission speed should be faster than the transmission speed of printer port.
4. Ink drop or throw
Solution:
A. The ambient temperature is too low, please improve.
B. Nozzles aren’t clean, please clean again.
C. A pipe or ink sac ruptured, please replace in time.
D. Have added too much ink, it should not exceed the ink box.
5. The ink head out of ink
Solution:
A. If no ink in the ink sac (ink box), pump or add ink.
B. The data cable of nozzle is not plugged, please plug again.
C. Replace the nozzle if it is bad.
D. The failure of the nozzle lathe control board, please replace the control board.
Solution:
A. In the process of printing, be out of ink gradually.
This is caused by the ink sac and nozzle. The reason may be that the ink sac is too dirty, nozzle aging.
B. Suddenly cut off the ink and it’s serious.
If print single color, it will be broken badly while print 5-10cm, this is caused by the ink, mostly need to replace the ink.
