Equipment and Consumable needed:

Printer / Sublimation Ink / Sublimation Paper / Thermal Tape / Blank Aluminum Sports Bottles
Process:

Step 1. Clean and try a blanks sports aluminum bottle, Tape the Printed Sublimation paper on the bottles.
Step 2. Set the Digital mug press with the right parameter and put the bottle on the machine.
Parameter: Starting Temp: 230 degree Celsius
                     Ending Temp: 330 degree Celsius
          
Step 3. Take the bottle out, tear the paper off the bottle, then a beautiful printed water bottle is yours.
Caution:
To avoid any damage to the mug wrap.Turn off the mug machine when it is not being used
To avoid any burning, do not touch the heating part with your hand directly.
     Rest the machine for 15 min after being operation for 90 min.
Problems may occur on the printing
1 Lightness in its color:. Printing time deficiency.
2 Blur in its color:. Printing time excessive
3 Partial color lightness:. Pressure deficiency or sublimation coat unevenness
